OVERVIEW:
The study of economics involves analyzing how individuals, businesses, governments, and societies allocate resources to satisfy their needs and wants. It encompasses various aspects, including the production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services. Economics is divided into two main branches: microeconomics, which focuses on individual and business decisions, and macroeconomics, which examines overall economic activity and policy impacts on a national or global scale. Through this study, economists seek to understand and address issues like scarcity, efficiency, and economic growth, providing insights into making informed decisions.
